For the first time at Glenfield College, our honours assembly included the backbone of student success, our students’ families.  We had several returning students, escorted by their loved ones, and we also had the parents/caregivers of our current excellence endorsed students.

As our congratulatory token, we awarded the students with a box of chocolates wrapped in the Glenfield College colours (red and black).  It is impressive to see such student academic success, and it only makes us want to raise the bar for next year.  To gain an endorsement with excellence, you need to get at least fifty excellence credits.  We also celebrated two scholarship students, Alicia Lie and Tudor Zagreanu, by awarding them with an official Glenfield College hoodie. To receive a scholarship, a student must be in the top 3% of candidates in that subject.  We are so proud that we have, not one, but two of these outstanding students.  By continuously setting the bar higher, we look forward to seeing our students thrive in the future.
