Johno told us that the Academy students conducted a physical training session in preparation for their Army induction week which starts on Monday. The 12 day induction week will be held at Waiouru this year. There are 17 students from Glenfield College who will participate in this military style course along with 12 other schools from the central region. Should students be successful they will gain 23 NCEA level 2 credits along with life skills, values, and an appreciation of a career in the military.
