Receptionist – Student Wellbeing Centre
Due to internal promotion, we seek a resourceful and experienced individual to be the face of our Student Wellbeing Centre and provide support to the team of Deans/Counsellor/First Aid staff.
This position is a permanent position for term time only from 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, and will commence on Monday, 11 November 2024 (negotiable).
The applicant must have the following skills:

- Computer literacy is essential including an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional phone manner and communication skills
- Calm under pressure with the ability to be flexible
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Able to build positive relationships with our culturally diverse community
- First aid certificate (can be gained if not held already)
