Season dates: Terms 2 and 3.
Basketball is one of our most popular sports here at Glenfield College. We have a number of teams that cater to all abilities and we are fortunate to have a number of volunteer coaches who have a wealth of knowledge in the sport of Basketball. Teams are split into age groups (Under15, 17, 19 and Open grade)
Both boys and girls with a range of abilities play basketball from beginner to competitive.
Venue: All games are played at the North Shore Events Centre or the Auckland University of Technology (AUT) Gym.
Uniform requirements: Students must wear the Glenfield College Basketball uniform. These are issued prior to the first match and hire is included in the base registration fee. Appropriate footwear is required, non-marking shoes only.
Fees: $125 base registration fee, includes: coaching, uniform hire and competition fee
+ $25 if selected for U171
+ $50 if selected for Open Grade
