Each year Glenfield College holds its own Cross Country Championships.
It is compulsory for all Year 9 and 10 students to participate in the Cross Country and optional for Senior students.
This event is hugely popular not only amongst students but teachers as well with many of the staff also competing for fun.
The event takes place here at Glenfield College and each student is able to compete for “House Points” that go towards the “House Competition”
Students who win their respective age groups can then go on to represent the College at the Auckland and New Zealand champs later in the year.

Required Equipment: Glenfield College PE Uniform. Appropriate footwear is also recommended.
