Tuesday 30 January saw our Year 13 Student Leadership group enjoy a day of team-building activities at the Sir Peter Blake Marine Education and Recreation Centre at Long Bay. They participated in a range of mental and physical challenges including climbing to the top of a 20 metre Norfolk Pine tree and building a raft and paddling it around buoy just off the shoreline. One group was more successful than the other at building a raft which actually stayed together for the whole journey. It was a successful day for seeing the cohesiveness of this group who will be working together this year in a range of school activities and leading the student body.
