Dear Parents/Caregivers

Bookings are now open for parents of Year 9 and 10 students to meet their child’s core class teachers and option teachers (Year 9 students have only been with their current option teacher for two weeks, therefore you may prefer to meet with their first term option teacher).

Interviews will take place next Wednesday, 15 May 2019 between 4pm and 7pm.

Online Booking Instructions
You will need a current email address to book online. If you do not have a current email address or do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office for help.

The booking website is www.schoolinterviews.co.nz (there is also a link on our school website). When you can access the School Interviews website. You will need to enter the code smbqa to access the Glenfield College Parent/Teacher event. Once you have entered the code, you will see a drop-down box to the left of the screen. Select “All” and a list of all teachers in the school will appear. Once you have chosen your teacher/s, they will be presented on the screen with all the available booking times. Choose the time which suits you, then exit the site. You will receive an email confirmation of your booked time.

You may alter or cancel your bookings by re-entering the School Interviews website.
