Students created a range of cartoon images based on their own ideas for either a Taniwha or a monster.  Students developed their monster drawings into a papier mache sculpture based on their cartooning skills.  Colour theory has been explored in the paint finishes, with students using combinations of paint blends and contrasting complimentary colours.

These sculptures can be viewed in the front office of Glenfield College.
